Hair Transplant Questions

1-What is a hair transplant and how does it work?

A hair transplant is a procedure in which our surgeon moves healthy hair to bald areas of the head. We use the FUE (follicular unit extraction) method, the extraction part of the operation
begins with removing the follicular units, each containing 2-3 hair follicles, from a donor part of the head, usually from the nape area between the two ears and inserting the follicles into the bald areas.

2-What does FUE mean for a hair transplant?

An FUE (follicular unit extraction) transplant is a permanent solution to hair loss in the sense that the hair follicles transferred to areas of loss are genetically programmed to continue growing for life.

3-How do I know if I a suitable for a Hair Transplant?

To assess your suitability and the number of grafts to be used we require photographs to be sent to us via email to once our surgeon has seen the pictures he will send his recommendation and full assessment and a member of our team will forward the details to you.
